My husband and I were living in separate homes. I was very anxious. Really on his paper. Still searching for pain. All I wanted to do was use the skills to control my husband. But still wasn’t working on me.
Right from the beginning I noticed how attentive Kauthar was in our weekly classes. She always asked very compelling, deep questions. Additionally, outside of the classroom in Slack if I ever asked a question looking for help whether it be on the computer, finding something in Slack, or just a challenge, Kauthar always stepped in to help first.

Kauthar is a unique coach, and her understanding of the skills is paramount. 

First, when coaching, Kauthar will create such a sacred space and she really sets the stage for safe sharing and vulnerability that you can tell that truly she thinks this time of connection is sacred. It was painful in my marriage when I started my coaching with Kauthar

I decided to coach with sister Kauthar because I believed she  would work with honesty and professionalism and I had my trust in her. 

Through my experience with this coaching programme I learned that I need to learn how to change my mind and focus in my life to be more positive. 

My first language is not English but this was not a barrier.  When the need arose we used Google Translate and she seemed to understand what I was saying.
